Can Vlad have some compensatory buffs after the Rylais nerf?

I feel the AP and HP nerfs on Rylai will hit pretty hard as this is one of his core items and building it is amazing fun. I like to start Rylai, especially in difficult lanes, and the contribution in terms of stats and escape options is lovely.

We're already at a sad winrate of 45-46% and this is justified with LCS abusing Vlad deathballs so much. But we Vlad mains want to play our champ without being a liability on our teams.
