So when can we honor an enemy?

This is a wanted feature. It's the best honor when you finish a match and see your opponents honored you. There's also the times you feel your team doesn't deserve to be honored for their behavior and just have to be like "no honor no one i guess"

The enemy has no honor. That's why you can't honor them anymore

Rather honor the enemy who stick it out than my quitting allies in a large majority of my games whether the quitting succeds or not is irreliavant in my eyes
