His W is a mere 10% movement speed boost and one of Teemo's main problem as a "swift scout" is that he has very little access to additional mobility. I feel this would help him - his mana costs are already ridiculous at this point of time and the shroom nerfs really hurt him imo. Perhaps a feature to have him bounce off nearby mushrooms as an escape much like Gnar's hop.
I do wish Teemo was more viable; however, without a rework - it's difficult to buff Teemo's other skills considering how toxic his kit can literally be.

L Psy Kongroo1 votesHe needs a pretty heavy rework, but that's obviously not going to happen for a while. In the short term, some buffs to his ratios would be ok. It would be nice if they changed his E to be more interactive too.
SlyTactician 1 votesA toggle option might be handy at times for his E especially when assisting the ally jungler. Though that's the best I can see for changing his E considering that's a move unique to him (but at the same time the reason that makes him so loathed in the game).
Agreed about him needing a rework; however. It's difficult to give him buffs with his kit's current theme. I feel Teemo really does need a true identity in the game in order to serve a true purpose on a team. If they want to play his assassin theme more, they should give him more mobility at best as his current state makes him very easy to blow up. His bush stealth is predictable too at this point of time with the sweeper lens as well.
