I miss when Wit's end was widely applicable to on hit builders

Instead of limited to about 7 of them among which only 2 or 3 are even somewhat common buyers.

Please make Wit's end like it was in season 2 again riot. Dirt cheap, really cost efficient but not slot efficient come late game.

it's still that way being gold efficient but not slot efficient. they could try scrapping the MR and or at least the MR shred in favor of more useful logical stats. or give it more damage and increase the price to bring it in line with being a real damage item viable to multiple champs
