1 Refund per Champion Update. Upvote if you want 1 refund per champion update (if you own champion)

Title says it. If you own the champion that is being reworked then you should be given 1 refund. I think it is a perfect solution to all these "add more refund" posts and would actually be justified. The new champ is not the one you bought and, in many cases, is VASTLY different than the one you bought. I think the "champion update" is one of the best things to happen to League...but I think it would be a great opportunity to give people more justified refunds.
