Go ahead and delete Doran's shield...
because you don't actually care at all if melee tops have trouble sustaining or even surviving vs ranged tops. These masteries clearly spell it out. You don't care. At all.

You know what would make a more convincing argument? If you didn't whine and actually focused on the problem instead of accusations. For example: Hey, Riot, I noticed the new masteries heavily favor ranged champions. In order to give us melee players a chance, could you consider giving melee champs an item or mastery to sustain with so that they don't have to thoroughly suffer through every ranged vs non-ranged matchup?
Doran's Shield? Is that a new champion?

Riot is terrible at balancing this item, either it's too good or it sucks ass. And it sucks ass 90% of the time. I think it's time to go back to OP Dorans Shield. Beep beep mother****er.

Fiora vs. Teemo is definitely not a competition. Teemo wins nearly always, I've found.
Perhaps it is time for melees and supports to lane together? I dunno just a thought. Since ranged should have an easier time farming from you know... ranged. 2 cents.
