Darius should be globally refunded for anyone who owns him

The Darius rework has to be the worst rework ever made by this compagny in the history of this game. Not only did it make his entire kit worse, it feels bad to play as and removed every fun factor that he had.

The nerfs to his movement speed on passive makes him even more frustrating to play as because there is not a single reward for applying bleed stacks on multiple targets and makes you even easier to kite out of fights, as if he wasn't already. It even deals less damage than before, making both his early and late game worse than before.

On top of that, you delete his attack speed, which was already low. This makes everything more frustrating to do. You can't CS as well because there is a huge delay between autos, you can't trade efficiently because you get autoed twice per 1 auto you do basically since they run away before you can get the 2nd one off and makes comboing a lot worst. With this awful attack speed stats, it makes applying bleed stacks even harder than it was before, making it nearly impossible to get the bonus AD from passive. It also removes the potential from building situational good items like blade of the ruinned king or trinity force because attack speed is useless as a stat on him, making his builds even less diverse than before.

His Q is trash now. It's so easy to predict and dodge or best case they get into the inside portion of it that it does no damage and you don't even get to use his heal. On top of that, you can't even use other abilities during the delay and can't even do cool stuff like Q Flash like other spells.

His W looked good at first, but when you realize it doesn't have an attack speed slow, you start to realize he can't 1v1 champions like Trundle and Irelia because of that and becomes even worst as a whole, because he is supposed to counter those champions. On top of that, it does less damage than before because it doesn't scale in damage with levels.

His E is the worst part. You read the notes and you're like, wow, the first buff in 3 abilities, about damn time, but then you realize the slow doesn't mean much and the lower cast time doesn't do anything, because the way it works they have to be inside the cone afther 0.25 second for you to pull, unlike before where they could be on the edge and just walk out a little bit and be pulled, so his pull feels very unsatisfying and almost never connects. Even if it does connects, the reward isn't there anymore because this game has power creeped into hell that they'll just use one of their 2 dashes to get away from you while not being able to do any burst damage because Q has a delay, prevents you from attacking and W does less damage. You even removed the ability to W during Q, which makes no sense to me since it was a cool feature that helped him get his burst out faster and help him stick on targets and rewarded using his abilities well together to get synergy out of them.

Finally, his ulti does no damage what so ever. It doesn't do enough damage to be able to get a reset most of the time and due to the reasons mentionned earlier, it almost impossible to apply 5 or even 4 stacks on a champion before they get out of range, making it nearly impossible to get those fun resetting multidunks.

You look at this list and you see what? Nerfs accross the board. This is not a rework, this is deleting a champion from the game and forcing him to be unviable and unplayable. He has no purpose in the game and doesn't fulfill any role in the game anymore. He can't bully his lane anymore, he can't snowball, he can't be a damage treat, he can't be a tank, he can't engage, he can't split push, he can't duel, he can't teamfight.

With his current state, he might as well not be in the game because having him on a team is detrimental for said team, because they could have picked any other champion in the game and be more useful. Unless some major changes happens, Darius should be globally refunded for anyone who owns him, because he is simply deleted from the game and isn't fun to play anymore, so there isn't even a single point to owning him except make you regret owning him in an ARAM game.
