Viktor needs a love tap

Anybody else feel like Viktor could use some small damage buffs? I played him recently and he felt a bit neutered compared to how he use to be. I understand that his E which was his bread and butter in the old days was hit with some nerfs a while back because frankly it was OP. But they seem to have slightly overnerfed his ult as well which doesn't feel impactful anymore. I'm thinking a gentle buff on his ult damage would be appropriate. I've seen too many champs stand in his ult and just laugh. What are your thoughts?

I agree that his ultimate needs a little something to feel more impactful. The initial interrupt is nice but the magic damage every 2 seconds can feel a bit lacking. I'd prefer if the magic damage occurred more often even if the overall damage didn't change. Although a little damage or utility buff would be nice too.

i cant say i am very knowledgeable about the subject i dont feel his ulti is any weaker. but rather the fact that he has to stay when most fights are over in less than 5 seconds. make damage over time champs just feel weaker. i mean i play Morgana

and my ulti takes 3 second to go off. item 3157 lasts 2.5 seconds

and even staying alive for that .5 second before i can cast item 3157 is too much to ask for sometimes

no not that much he is so aids right now with the sheild buff almost unkillable if anything they need to rever the sheild and increase damage

I had the champion.gg page for viktor open from last Friday I believe. He was sitting at 51-52% win rate last week. I refreshed the page this morning and he's not sitting just above 47%. That's a 4% drop over the weekend. He definitely needs some attention.
