"In-queue" reporting please

Trolling begins before the game starts. There should be a kick button that works like a surrender vote. If the player is kicked, everyone returns to lobby except the troll. Don't punish the players that want to have fun by playing the right way. The only way to avoid lobby trolls is by dropping queue and taking a penalty. And that's being dealt two injustices- being matched with a troll and being punished for avoiding him.
