Why cant I undo some items ?
I bought 
when I died and I couldn't undo the purchase.
Why is that ?

Did you have any abilities still doing damage, which benefitted from the item? If you do that you can't undo the purchase so as to prevent abusing buffing your abilities then undoing the purchase.
