Sometimes keypress(button press Q W E R) does not register at all and its SUPER frustrating

First let me say I know 100000% this is not an issue with my keyboard.
It never happens when I type or in other RTS games, ONLY in LoL.

Sometimes pressing Q or E, for example, would not register at all, the ability would not activate at all.

Please someone tell me this isn't just me and that there is a possible fix besides reinstalling OS or the game OR BUYING a new keyboard, because I did that and I refuse to believe its hardware issue, if it was, other games would have same issues but they dont.
Its ONLY this freaking game.

Is there an input lag or something ? What am I missing ?

You are either.

A) not pressing the button while you think you are. B) pressing the button when the spell can't be cast from that range so your character just moves in order to be in range c) trying to cast under CC/ while on CD

if there were such major issues, this would be known, so, unless more people come forward that claim it started recently it is not an input lag.

Are you holding multiple buttons when you're hitting any of these keys? Some keyboards have a hardware limit on the number of simultaneous key presses that it registers.
