Disconnecting issue

So, yesterday and today literally every single game I've played I have been disconected from, most of them a couple times, when i alt-tab it says my LAN connection is showing no problems, internet and everything else all load super fast (i have the top internet package for my area), yet still literally every game I will Dc at least once or twice (and obviously get set behind) and its making the game unplayable.

In frustration and anger in game i usually say "dammit riot"

But in this post i will calmly ask if anyone knows what may be causing this, or if anyone else is dealing w/ this (It's been since the most recent update, a couple days ago i think), and potential fixes.
