Jump in, do all your damage, and then become super tanky while u have cooldowns, for a safe escape or another rotation.
I know tank mains are annoyed by assassins breaking their items. But who the hell thought an alistar ult on an item was a good idea?
Except you lose damage by building a tank item, the active scales of health, making it even less slot-effective, and the active has a pretty long CD for Assassins.
can do like 2k true dmg after he uses the active. 
+R will delete anyone without stacked hp.
if an assassin is ahead enough to invest in a 2500 gold tank item, while still being able to one shot, and having the other tank stats necessary to survive the burst of the midlaner, jungler, top and sup(assuming they managed to completely 1 shot the adc instead) then the fault lies more with the enemy team than anyone else
Diana is a diver, though. She is expected to build some tank items.
Irelia might be pretty insane with this since it won't touch her W damage.
The biggest problem with the game is the ability for champs to have ridiculous damage while still being very tanky. Base damage needs to gutted on pretty much every champ so you have to build damage to do damage.
I dont think Talon or Fizz would ever use this Item.
Talon would loose to much DMG - and besides: AD 
is a thing now!
Fizz has a Tank build - and Full Ap build - Tank cant use it because of the drawback - AP has 
which basicly does the SAME thing but better without drawbacks and stacking both would once again cost to much.
Diana however could use it and I'd not call this an abuse case. Diana was always a fighter for me - aka dive in blow your CDs hope you get a pick this way and than hold out and draw as much attention as you can away from your carries.
Diana won't abuse this. She needs damage to do her job. Reducing it makes it a less effective zhonyas. I'd rather be untargetable and throw another rotation in then get 0 stats from this item. As a 1m mastery one trick speaking - you have no idea how this'll work on her or what she does. Nobody even knows who or what a fucking Diana is right now lmao.
The stats will be ass on them, though. They won't be able to reliably burst with that sort of item in their build.
Not even any HP on it, it's a pure resistance item.
