I think it would be a great idea, considering mana potions are gone this patch. That or lowering mana costs by 10 on panth 
, because there's NO WAY he can currently sustain/give any pressure in lane without going oom.
Knowing Meddler, the idea has already been tested...my question is, is it a more acceptable solution now because mana potions are gone? 50 + start base mana ain't gonna help much guys...
masterdragon4811 votesNo bad idea. I hate it. It does way too much damage on too low of a cooldown to have it be spammable like that, especially since there is no way to dodge it. In addition, it would make his laning phase way too safe and since that is his strongest time in the game anyway....just no.
Rico Jungle Only1 votesBro, his mana/sustain overall is in the gutter righthe now, the least they could do is give him that. You could say everything you just said about annie. Their kits are similar. Not much will change...unless someone speaks out about it
