We need shield breaker items

every champ has them

its called Q, W, or E and right clicking

shields are broken by damage usually.... do damage and they break if one auto broke them then they would be useless

Shields are Heals that don't even freaking stay on. Their only benefit over heals is that you can use it on a Full HP target. Chill.

Maybe make a champion that has an ability that ignores shields, like an assassin maybe. But we don't need a whole item for it.
