tfw Garen has a negative win-rate in Korea

Garen had a win rate spike that has been dropping. He was at 56%+, but is back down to 54. Hopefully he drops below the 52% mark before Riot finalizes their tests on any balance changes for him.

These champions have clear weaknesses, it's just that they were thrown into a meta that does not actively support exploiting said weaknesses. Once we see more true fighters or fighter assassins in top lane Garen should go back to his previous 48-49% win rate.

Been trying to point out that Garen's not as strong as people are making him out to be.

Honestly he's weaker overall except in niche situations where the right enemy is the Villain.
