In-Game summoner spells

What if we could pick summoner spells in game instead of champ select. They would appear in shop menu. You would have until the 1 minute mark to change them in case you changed your mind. After that 1 minute mark, the used spell slot gets locked. Empty spell slot would still give you the option of choosing a summoner spell for that slot but if it is after the 1 minute mark, the player would not be allowed to change it once the spell has been picked. Additionally using a summoner spell also locks the slot of the spell used to prevent any player from using a summoner spell then changing it before the 1 minute mark. The goal is to help players who forgot the appropriate summoner spell, primarily junglers that forget smite.
