It's about time he was reworked

I'm tired of Galio flashing into all 5 of my team, disrupting us for like 4 seconds, then doing literally thousands of damage all in one ability (two if you count the flash) and being nearly unkillable afterwards. But it's not like you can kill him when you're dead because who didn't get oneshotted by his ultimate? I know I did.
