Pantheon is untargettable until he stops moving so she cannot E behind him.

She could still jump to alternate targets, which leaves the question still there.

To the OP - I'm not sure this can really be answered yet, all we've gotten is the smallest peek at him. Not aware of any concrete details on how it works yet - But I would ASSUME that yes, you can dodge it by jumping behind him depending on how big the hitbox is around him.
