Now that Ryze can't Zhonya ult

Can we stick a bake time on his ult..

As in.. half the timer of the ult can be interruptible .... But once it gets past that point you cant interrupt it anymore.

so its a 2 sec cast.. have the first second interruptible then the other sec not...
