Ekko ult needs tweaking.

Ekko's ult is the most abused skillshot in the game. can be used as an escape. go from losing a fight against people with full health to a multi kill and it has a 120% AP scaling and its not a DOT. compared to ults like viktor which does 120% TOTAL DAMAGE. over few seconds. and ekkos ult heals him massively. how is that ultimate not broken? i don't think his kit is broken. except his ult. am getting sick of double teaming him and ending up losing. i mean his ult is so good he can turn around team fights while being good for his own. i mean he turret dives people at level 6 because he knows he will survive. you can literally go and fight a fight you KNOW you will lose. and still do damage and get out of it safe.

Should've seen him on release, it didn't even cost mana, lol. However, if you know he has his ult up, which is super obvious, then why would you try to all-in him? Try to bait the ult, then dive on him. His abilities are all pretty powerful, but they all are also very easy to see coming except his E (gotta be pretty quick on the draw to react in time to that one).

but i mean. you can bait a LOT of ults in the game. the point here is that it has some of the highest damage in the game, great escape and survival tool.

Try to think for a minute about how an Ekko would have to go about setting up his ult to hit the entire enemy team. I don't know if you've ever used Ekko, but his ult sends him back to wherever he was standing a few seconds ago. So to use it offensively, he has to try to create a situation where either the entire enemy team will be clumped together where he used to be, or not move around much for a few seconds in the middle of a fight so that when he ults he'll appear right where he was standing.

As an escape, it's pretty damn good at that, no doubt. It's literally 'he's not there anymore!' However, if you've forced him to use it to disengage, then you've already come out on top. You can continue pushing forward knowing that he doesn't have his ult for the next ~2 minutes, which makes him much less threatening of a target.

4 seconds, to be precise

130% AP AOE on hit is still massive.

no my fault. his ult does 130% damage scale. not 120% 130. plus 500 at rank 3. wait how is this not insane? when you can literally hit everyone in a team fight with it and get out with full health.
