I think skirmishers need to be addressed

Their kits, regardless of how balanced they are, tend to be extremely annoying to most players. Also, it's very difficult to balance melee carries into the game in a way that they're strong, but not too strong, seeing how they don't replace ranged carries, but it's not like they do anything else except carry, meaning they have to be strategically viable options against things like front liners and assassins, rather than just being a different type of carry. If it were as easy as shoving them in the bot lane, I don't think it'd be an issue, but it's not, so it is.
