Yo Riot, why are you nerfing Lucian in 4.21?
He's balanced atm. The only complaint I have is how hard he can swing RNG with the potential of double IE crits. He's going to be trash tier after the nerfs. Mark my words.
This is the typical overnerfing pattern you always do. The champion was OP before, you nerfed it, people kept playing it because they are accustomed to it.
How about you be less ham-fisted with him? Look at how you handled Tristana. You were careful and as a result she's still viable. Lucian will not be.
Look at Yasuo, overnerfed into trash tier. Don't do this to another champion. You'd think you would have learned by now.
