Volibear's W needs a serious nerf

volibear will not be nerfed because hes only a problem in lower elo even tho his winrate probably same across all elos am guessing. however he has a problem and it is his W among other things. the main thing is that he does massive amounts of damage while not even getting a black cleaver like other juggernats and at the same time having massive speed boost and hard cc on his Q and a really good slow. if he isn't behind he will Q a squishy. lane 4 autos W and kill them as if he was an assassin. i watched a volibear literally Q a thresh that had some decent hp items. and kill him in literally 3-4 seconds lol and he had like 2 items.

i think they need to reduce his damage and buff other aspects of volibear because its extremely toxic to be godly tanky and one shot someone. mundo does as much damage as voli. however mundo doesn't have hard cc he just has a slow on his Q. voli has a hard cc and a slow. too much for a juggernaut with a massive speed boost. you can buff his base stats and reduce his damage really tbh

hes not op. hes just. extremely obnoxious to the max levels. riot needs to visit tank items and tank stats. and base damages in the game. i had a master yi the other day. built botrk. bloodrazor. and build 4 armor items. and did the most damage and killed everyone on my team constantly. you can do that with a lot of champions. including xin zhao. his base damages are obscene while having poor scalings.
