Then make their lives (in game) a living hell. Come up with non-meta picks that take a dump on the traditional adc/supp setup. My duo buddy and I have enjoyed a number of combinations that have laughably dismantled many "op" adc/supp combos. Here are some examples off of the top of my head (keep in mind, while we have lost some of these games, I would estimate that over 85% of the games that we played with these picks have resulted in us dominating our lane):

Sona/Soraka Quinn/Pantheon Quinn/AP Shaco Ekko/Lux Xin/Volibear Jax/Jarvan Karma/Rengar Ashe/Ziggs Ezreal/Jayce

We're still experimenting and still having fun in watching the futility of our opponents try to put up a defense when we try these off meta picks. Bottom line, I sympathize with your feelings towards the meta of bot lane, but you can do something to make it more enjoyable. Grab a friend and try some of these, or better yet, create your own off meta picks that stomp that pesky Miss Fortune. Good luck on the Rift!
