from being the number 1 picked mid laner and possibly. your worst nightmare. i rarely seem him in matches. maybe once or twice every 30 games. and usually he does poorly. even when i play him hes not the same as before even tho i don't notice any nerfs to him or anything. has he been affected that much by the last itemization updates.?

Base damage nerfs are important.

They moved on to the next FOTM champion... Whoever that is and what position they do... I have no clue.

He is still very strong if played well, but late game is where he shines. And late game isn't happening as much.

Sheep being sheep.

When they see the moment that he's nerfed, they stop picking him and continue with the preseason goodies.

######Though still strong as fuck though.

i play the same champion i used to play. i mean i used to play jax. when literally nobody picked him before. you know the last update to guinsoo. i never build any hybrid shit on him. just literally trinity force (well the old trinity force was hybrid). and then AS crit and lifesteal. its just as op as the guinsoo. and i didnt even build devoure honestly. though the items cost more now so i dont do it often but i did it once after the update and went like 25/4 after my team was like " gg we lost this jax doesn't wanna build devoure and rageblade"/

Those days where your main all of a sudden got popular because of some "pro" playing him/her, and all of a sudden a flock of sheep stampede runs you over? Maybe your case isn't exactly a "pro" picking him up, but the sheep stampede is still painful as fuck.

Yeah, even though long live Lulu support.

he is still the same as always.

He's just not popular anymore, fortunately.

He's still a fucking stupid champion.

league of snowballs happened in pre season and no1 is picking team comps anymore, they're much more focused on winning lane and abusing thunderlords for the early edge. and its too difficult for veigar to come back once hes lost lane. he just cant keep up or manage to proc thunderlords himself, and even if he does he has the excess burst where he doesn't need TL.

in addition since everyone else is running TL, champions with low base health pools are at an even higher risk right now. its just not very wise to pick veigar in most situations right now.
