New type of trinket?

I remember somebody from Riot talk about that they are currently don't actively try to create a new type of trinket/ward but will consider new ideas if they are a great addition to the game.

Well here is my idea:

New trinket type: Upon activating the trinket the area ahead of the champion in X range is revealed in a cone similar to Scryer's Bloom.Except in this case the cone of vision is attached to the champion. The effect lasts for Y seconds taking any action/moving disables the vision standing still re-enables it. Letting it remain for the whole duration and turning around in a circle may look dumb hence the enable,disable mechanism otherwise it shouldn't be interrupted.

So they new trinket would give the same vision as the scryer's bloom but without the ward reveal. I think it would be a great addition to the current vision system.
