Organized Play Concern about Morde Ultimate

Mordekaiser’s ultimate can work as an instant, point and click disable of an enemy that guarantees a kill if Mordekaiser is fed. He could stand on Baron, Dragon, or a teammate and deny Smite or dives. With cooldown reduction, Mordekaiser might shut the game down like Lulu or Tahm Kench while also being his own threat. Am I too worried about this, or will we see Mordekaiser as numero uno at Worlds?
