And if no, why is better to keep this old mastery in the basement?

Why do you want Fervor when there's a ton of Runes who do the same thing or better?

Press the Attack acts like an all at once Fervor, boosting after 3 sec damage by 12% (about the same function). Dark Harvest acts like a much longer duration, much more powerful Fervor Then there's all the small damage addie minor runes which add up significantly.....

Dunno why you specifically need Fervor.

Can't tell if troll post or not, Azadethe. "Ton of Runes"? haHAA...Moving on, try taking dark harvest any where other than jg. Press the Attack works well for champs that could pop off 3 aa's quickly or safely, but not for one's that don't. Several champs that used Fervor cannot trade effectively with PTA, it may work if you all in cheese with such camps, but not a trade. And Arey's doesn't do near as much damage.
