Was fervor of battle nerfed?

It was in the Masteries Section. You had to click on "Keystone' i think tab. They changed it from on hit damage to AD per stack. It is a max 60 AD fully stacked instead of 114 on hit damage.

ughhhhhhh that's way too much damage taken away. It's already hard enough for melee champions to compete with long ranged champions, mages, assassins, and tanks in terms of damage, but hitting our keystone that much is op nerf.
