Ryze ult

I only experienced his ult once so far, but what happened is that when he cast it, my screen jumped to the "landing zone". I don't know if I moved out of the circle before the delay was up (or if I was even in the circle at all), but I didn't get teleported, so my cam was not where I wanted it.
