Can we buff Braum..... Please

Please can we buff Braums Q hp scaling Because of the loss of Hp from items several times and his hp5 per level for the aftermath of him using his E. It feels bad blocking a spell and taking 30% reduced damage from 3 champions and still getting chunked to 20% of your hp if not dieing during the time your e is up. Also idk why items like lost their hp5 (and alot of its hp) as a fix for adcs being far too tanky when its attached to them. Reduce the Damage reduction for ranged champions.
