Rework/update Wukong?

I love Wukong and have played him so much as a one trick. However, Wukong doesn't ever see any changes. From Season 1 till now, you can literally count how may times he has had some patch changes with one hand! I guess that means he is considered balanced. Which I am not saying he isn't, even though he does feel a bit lacking in lane, because he is countered by most of the common top laners. I would like to see some patches, or reworks, anything to make Wukong exciting. It feels like its always the same patch of champions getting attention. Like a good 2 dozen from over 100, get most of the attention because they are the most picked in LCS.

He'll probably be reworked in the inevitable Divers update, but he's fine right now. There are also ways to deal with most of the "counters" your talking about and there's others ways you can win as Wukong than smashing your lane opponent and going 3/0 in 10 minutes

Don't worry, riot will rework ryze for the 100th time before they rework any outdated champion. Personally I don't think wukong really needs a rework as his kit is not too outdated. Fixing his q would be nice, and maybe a few buffs for jungle clearing.

The fact champions like warwick, teemo, and aatrox have not been reworked is baffling. They barely have a kit, lol.

Wukong is relatively easy to counter in lane because he scales like a monster. I can't think of another diver with as much raw team fight presence. Maybe Vi or Jarvan, but their damage does not scale quite as well.

They need to change his passive it's basically useless. The gold value of his passive is abysmal. His damage is good. His clear could be improved. (Maybe buffing his e's damage vs jungle minion?)

So I've basically 1 tricked Wukong since i started playing league and he has never been op just okay or under powered. Damage is good and his abilities are fun to use but compared to so many champs the abilities are just underwhelming. His W is easy to guess if you are above bronze unless of course you have perfect timing or the other team just doesnt think about it. If it applied a slow for anyone actually thinks it is you that would be great at helping it do what it should do. I don't think he needs more damage i just think he should be more skill oriented like riven or yas or fizz. Something I've always wondered is why his e doesn't dodge things as well as a fizz e when Wukongs literally creates clones on clouds I know it used to be able to dodge stuff but I'm not sure if it still does it since I don't think it was supposed to in the first place. The point is if his e could dodge and his w could slow it would add a decent skill ceiling on wukong and not make him broken. I personally don't think wukong is boring or anything like that i just think compared to newer champs that have all these things thrown into their kit he is clearly under powered. It feels like while playing wukong you really need other people to mess up apposed to being able to show mechanics or anything like that. MonkeyKing
