A small yet meaningful change to fizz's Q.

This isn't a exactly a hard buff and definitely not a nerf. After playing fizz for a long time I've wanted this change for so long to make fizz even more capable of outplaying opponents. The change I'm suggesting is being able to cancel his Q dash with his E. The basic idea is that at any point while dashing you can cancel it with your E.

The reason why I thought this would be a very good buff is because despite his playstyle of trying to dodge abilities to outplay his opponents most people above Silver won't simply throw their CC and such at you for you to find an opportunity, and if you try to engage with your Q you'll end up face tanking their abilities, but if you can E while dashing to fake them out then it allows for a much higher level of outplaying which is what fizz should be about.

EDIT- examples of this are things like lux, ahri, anivia which are all champions that are very hard to bait at mid to higher elos for them to blow their CC, and the moment you Q at them you'll get hit by their CC and then get demolished in the trade with no way to work around your vulnerable state while Qing.

He would need some type of nerf to allow for this fairly easy out-play move to be possible. Whether it's cooldowns are upped or damage is reduced I don't know, but let's not give Fizz an even larger amount of bs in his kit without a leash

Why would he need a nerf? as it is in high elo's he's easily oppressed in alot of matchups and can only be properly played against specific champions. Also this isn't even an easy out play change. The point of this is to allow those hardcore fizz players with split second reactions to dodge CC abilities at the last second but if the enemy is smart they will easily hold onto their CC for after he E's.
