Since you did all that AP item changes and jungler changes items like every season, could you please consider introducing a new armour item that has a 
sort-of shield against one burst of true damage? This would go a long way to helping tanks deal with newer threats that have true damage scattered throughout their kit. We need an item which can allow us to itemise against true damage, only if very slightly?

they already anounced new fighter items, changes for existing items and mini reworks for darius, garen, and skarner. apparantly the changes are supposed to hit the pbe tomorrow.

It's far more likely to hurt champions with their true damage on an ultimate ability.

If I recall correctly. Most of the Armor Item nerfs, were designed to make room for fighters. Which is why core items like Frozen heart are getting hit.
But there were suppose to be with the fighter rework, new items with both offensive and defensive abilities.
