Possible additional upgrades to new champ select...

So today while playing with people lowing than me on the elo teir, i wanted to trade a high impact pick with the friend. I started asking if he had certain champions, but he quickly noted to me that you can't visibly check what champs you own udring the actual champ select process except during the actual pick phase and the pick intent phase.

Hence this post. I feel that @Riot possibly just overlooked this little part and that it should be added back in to the new select.

Any other ideas and additions also welcomed. What do you think about mine?
