How often can you dodge a rank game?

So i dodge a normal game (i meant to play Rank) and was restricted to play for 5min. I was wondering how often can you dodge in rank and what's the avg LP do you lose if you do so?

First dodge you lose 3LP and have a 6 minute wait time. After that, its a 10LP loss and 30 minute wait time.

if you wanna be technical you cannot dodge at all without repercussions.
