So i've just unlocked my honor lvl 1 after 11 days passed when i got chat restricted. I've seen topics here before discussing how long it takes to get from lvl 1 honor to lvl 2 honor. I wanted to read more on it but couldn't find it. I was wondering if you guys can link me up on it or any other similar topics. I wanted to get a rough guess-timate on how long i'll be grinding to at least get to lvl 2.

It depends. Honor increases slowly or quickly depending on how many honors you get per game, if your entire team honors, if you have any minor valid reports (that do not lead to a new chat restriction) that happen while you are working on getting it up it will slow it down a bit.... etc. Also keep in mind, honor from randoms is worth more than honors from friends.
Depends on ingame behavior and games played.
Games played with neutral chat will progress your honors at a regular speed. Games played with positive chat will have accelerated honors progress.
Games which you get validly reported will put your honors progress to a screeching halt.
Team honors bonus will help your honor progress, but you getting honored alone doesn't do much for your own honors. So encourage others to honor someone, but no need to beg for honors.
Now for reference, streamer ImaQTPie got back to H2 in 3 weeks, but remember he plays 12-14 games a day and people at his ELO rarely report each other. Another regular PB user got out in 3 months. I've seen people stuck in H1 for a whole year and not go anywhere as well, but that dude was still toxic, go figure.
Depends on your behaviour , with bad behaviour maybe a year or another chat restriction. With good behaviour maybe 1 to 2 months?
Its easy. The simple formula is to mute chat completely and play the game to the best of your ability. It won't be an issue because you got locked several months before season ends. Rewards won't be an issue, just keep playing games and you'll get back there again.

I got a 10 game chat restriction, will it ever de escalate or will the next punishment be 25 games no matter what?
I got honor level 0 during a whole season, I’m now honor level 3 . I took the chat box and hide it on the screen edge.
