I cant play draft mode with my friend.

Here is what i see when i try to invite him WTF ? so i have to play against katarinas and yasuos just because my friend isnt ranked highly enough in a CASUAL PARTY mode ? ??? Im so full of rage right now. Why did you remove normal draft if you go through with this ????
