Here are some average double IP boost gains that I have recorded since I couldn't find any online
NOTE - IP Boosts are currently half price, so if you ever wanted to get one, now is the time.
I asked online at two different boards and no one seemed to know exactly how much IP you gain with double boosts. So, I bought Time + Win boosts and tracked them myself:
Ranked Solo Q IP 517 = 58 for Win + 291 for IP Boosts + 150 for First win of the day + 18 for Matched Game. Length = 25.58
Normals IP 482 WIN = First Win of the day, Length 20.14
Normals IP 102 LOSS = Length 21.09

Normals Loss = 100-124+ IP
Intermediate Bots Win = 219+ IP
Dominion Bots Win = 110-140+ IP from 7-14 mins
Dominion Bots Loss = 60+ IP
Ranked and normals will get you the most single game IP, providing you win. Normals will get you around 480 IP per first win of the day bonus games and ranked first win of the day games should get you over 500 IP. However, there is no gurantee you will win these and a loss in either one is going to get you 100-130 IP.
Dominion Bots are honestly the quickest and easiest way to gain IP. If you can keep the games under 9 minutes, you could likely get in about 6 games per minute, which should get you around 576 IP per hour.
