Resolve tree feels underwhelming compared to others

So many times already, triumph has saved me or another player. 18% attack speed free from alacrity. Free hexdrinker. Free mobi boots from relentless hunter. Free mana. Free lane sustain. Free buiscuits. Free boots.

All the other runes feel impactful to choose. But when you go into Resolve it's very hidden and contributes little to nothing. Woo free tanacity! After you use summs... woo 5 whole percent added to my shields! The only one that you can really feels is demolish. We need more runes like that.
