Many times there is no good opportunity to use it and I just think this would be a fair compensation if the player chooses to not activate the package after picking it up.
Inb4, Yes I know Corki has recently gotten some buffs but this is a non-combat QoL buff.

But Corki IS supposed to be a roaming machine. Riot gave him mixed damage and the passive that he does so he can spike hard and make plays early to mid game but in return doesn't scale well.

My Waifu Vanilla2 votesI'd rather him having actually decent items to build. His entire kit is revolved around this "mid game adc" thing, but he doesn't do anything until almost 9k gold in when he has Trinity+Sorcs+IE. During this time almost every other ADC has been on at least 2 items for 1k+ gold and actually got better power spikes (BF+Hurricane > Trinity and Ghostblade > most of Trinity). He honestly feels like Kalista where he just kind of sucks at all stages of the game because he doesn't outshine any other ADC unless package is up which is on a 5 minute cd.
Make package scale with CDR so he can at least get it more often or just make him scale better with more items since right now his early game is lackluster compared to ghostblade users and his late game is garbage since he can't buy pen and just gets destroyed by any fighter/tank (mid game is "okay", but he has to somehow win lane to utilize it which is 99% reliant on being carried by your support).

Old Man Teeto1 votesThe issue why this won't happen is that during that one minute period he has the package he DOES actually benefit greatly.
Increased out of combat move speed -- can roam back and forth easily, or just transition to other lanes
Greater safety -- enemies are less likely to want to fight him, and the ult's escape range makes ganking him nearly impossible
The package just has to be used at better times, such as planning to take Dragon/Rift Herald/Baron, or contesting Blue/Red buff spawn.
This way you get an advantage even if you never get to use the ability.
