Junglers dictate top lane more than top laners.

This is probably one of the biggest issues with top lane and has been for quite a while and their influence on it has only increased over time. Two recent example of this were the addition of the plants (mainly blast cone) and junglers starting on their blue/red buff instead of gromp or krugs. Blast cones along with starting red/blue accelarated how fast a jungler can get double buffs and level 3 while getting in position to gank at full health. This all happens before top laners typically even get level 3 unless they are playing super aggressive and if they are then they are going to be very dead soon when the jungler immediatly starts running them down because of how far pushed up they are. Some can even get scuttle crab before the top laners hit level 3 as well.

This doesnt apply to all junglers but unfortunately it does apply to almost all the meta junglers.

There seem to be this consensus that bot lane is the win or lose factor and that is the only lane that junglers focus. But for the first 2 to 4 minutes almost every jungler is working there way as fast as possible to top lane because if one top laner gets too aggressive then one jungler gets a free kill, TP, or at least flash.

When Im playing top I dont ask myself what I can do to get ahead of the other top laner, I ask myself what must I do to not die to the enemy jungler. I'm not solely a top lane player but if I was, I could see myself hating junglers because of how much they dictate my actions in the first 5 minutes every game.

This is also one of the reasons tanks top are so good right now. A tank doesnt have to play aggressive to get a lead. They are content to sit back and farm it up to CC and tank the enemy team once mid to late game starts rather than risking the other laner getting a lead. But are just as good at following up on a gank as anyone else if the other laner is playing aggressive.

The jg sustain or at least the EXP needs to be lowered so that if the jungler does come top, they have to be just as afraid of the top laner or preferably more instead of the other jungler that might counter gank.

Top laners have valid reasons to "hate" jungers.

Also when I say nerf the sustain of the junglers Im looking at these (just listing the ones I know) and not the ones that actually take damage in the jg.

Some say that jungle is OP right now and I personally cant say how true that is. I can say that junglers have too much of an impact on top lane though.
