Why don't other AD classes have good access to last whisper?

ADCs, for last whisper, have and and can also make use of and . (Also duskblade but lol who uses that thing.) Assassins and bruisers, by comparison, can't really make use of the last-whisper items because they usually build SOME health (Not much but enough that giantslayer isn't really getting your moneys worth) while both playstyles focus more on heavy burst that healing isn't really a big deal. So they go for ghostblade/maw/BC.

But then you got the fact that ghostblade is bought for the stats more than the active. (Which I feel is true for almost everyone) and maw doesn't give a lot of armor pen. Which leaves us with BC.

Is this intended? Are assassins/bruisers not meant to be building last whisper? Will we ever get to see more armor pen items for these characters that perhaps favor them a little bit on the purchase spectrum?

Most Bruisers build Black Cleaver anyways? Assassins are meant to only deal with squishes and have no business trying to deal with tanks for extended periods of time (which is why they tend to focus on getting Flat armor pen)? The Last Whisper items are the highest source of bonus armor pen in the game (unless you're Yasuo huehuehue); make a Last Whisper item that favors either bruiser or assassins, and you'll probably have a complete lack of tanks in the game because everyone and their grandmother will be able to melt through them anyways.

Why can't they build them? I fail to see the reasoning as to why the item is bad for them.

As said in the OP:

Doesn't favor their playstyles (Burst on assassins/actually many bruisers vs. ADC's sustained damage means mortal reminder isn't great)
Doesn't favor their itemization. (Both Assassins/Bruisers get mix items while adcs primarily get damage. Also HP = Giantslayer is less effective.)
Not fantastic stats for them save for the armor pen.
Awkward build paths.

BC LW was made during the ADC rework to help ADC itemization and riot hasn't gotten around to fighter/diver rework yet?

I think it's viable on Assasins or bruisers.

Maybe not bruisers because they build HP. But it works.

Giant slayer works well still vs pure tanks. You have 3000 hp and they have 4000? You got damage boost. Most bruisers build items that give a tad less health in favor if the AD or some other stats so tanks will almost always have more health.... because tanks are the only ones that 40%+ armor ignore will actually effect. If you are a bruiser with health and damage, your sustain with damage should beat out the other competitors, or else last whisper wouldnt help at all anyways because either the enemy is fed, you are playing bad, or they are playing very well..... or any combination of the 3. Last whisper is for squishies to be able to take on tanks and sustain champions with a little easier time..... but often times doesnt have as much OOMPH as you hope. Black cleaver reduces the enemy armor, meaning Thornmail is less effective, Rammus is less effective, etc. Ghostblade active helps greatly getting into fights, or out of them, but the stats are what is used more same as any active because the active is only used in certain situations. Maw is not for armor pen.... Maw is for brusiers and assassins vs magic damage users...... if someone builds Maw vs a full AD team that does not do ap damage, they are A) following recommended build path, B) trolling, or C) just think it looks cool but has absolutely no clue what it actually does.

What I find interesting is you want a LW item for bruisers and assassins when there is.... that I can think of..... 0 AD items that also give armor. Perhaps that might get a bit more attention.

I buy item 3123 and item 3033 when im top lane. It works against other champs that heal Darius Vladimir Swain Soraka . but it also helps counteract items like item 3812 item 3072 item 3153 .

If i have to buy a item 3123 to make sure we have the better odds in a teamfight by cutting the other ADC's sustain down by making their items less useful or sona/raka heal less or to counter another juggernaut or high sustain champ. I will do it.
