Would Twitch be too Strong if Venom Cast Dealt On-Hit Damage?

YEs. As a Twitch main, Twitch's burst should be all on his E (which needs a buff) Everything else should contribute to mad DPS

That's why I presented the question because I feel like twitch needs a little more power. Plus realistically his w is kinda useless imo, except for the slow. It doesn't have enough power to make it relevant to max out until last. Thx for the input8)
