How dare a champion that only has damage in his kit, do the most damage?

For all the people complaining about Kog'Maw doing an insane amount of damage, I have a handful of questions for you. Does he have hard CC in his kit like Xayah, Ashe, or Tristana? Does he have mobility in his kit like Jinx, Lucian, and Ezreal? Does he have early kill pressure like Draven or Lucian? Does he have wave clear capabilities like Ashe or Sivir?

Now, what does Kog'Maw have? Yes, that's right only damage. His Q only does damage + shred, his W only does damage, his E slows just a tiny bit and does damage, and his R does damage.

I forget who (I believe it was I am Rubick Sama) but the complaint was that Kog'Maw was just doing too much damage for what his build path consisted of. If Kog'Maw had mobility and damage + his tanky items that would be insanely broken. If Kog'Maw had CC and damage + tanky items that would also be insanely broken. Can you imagine a Kog'Maw with wave clear, damage, and tanky items? It would be impossible to deal with. Fortunately for us Riot forced Kog'Maw to be reliant on his supports to be his mobility, his tankiness, and his wave clear. Lets not get ahead of ourselves when we complaing about how ridiculous Kog'Maw is when you have champions like Tristana that build crit + mobility + CC or Vayne that builds the same way.
