When are the Aatrox changes coming?
He needs serious buffs, especially to his base stats and healing so he can compete with other juggenauts.

Yes please,just compared Rhaast to an Aatrox in terms of literally everything(healing,damage,base stats etc.)
With how they focused on only buffing and making a lot of changes to Akali on patch 9.5, and how they're now doing the same thing with Urgot on 9.6 on the PBE, I think we can expect major Aatrox changes in 9.7. (They seem to be changing all of these problematic champions one by one in each patch, which is an approach that I honestly like.)
That, of course, is just my guess, so it may end up not being true.
Aatrox is apparently still good in Korea, so Riot is extremely careful on buffs.
My suggestion would be to restrict his E to only be used when used with Q, and return his charges. This will add more risk with using his E for escaping(Riot's reason for removing charges).
