She was nerfed, not buffed. And she's doing 49% atm. That's not a competitive play number, and it's for obvious reasons: she struggles without team peel, struggles to solo kill vs half the champs in the roster, has a slow farm, and has extremely weak team play. She also can't Baron without Ravenous Hunter, because her kit and items inherently have no heals (Only jungler who can't). She has weak lane push, and just to achieve a 49% win rate has to build a support item. In other words, her win/loss is heavily based on her TEAM's performance, not her own. You can go 29/0 with Evelynn and still lose, and it happens often.

Sad thing is, I've found ways around her weaknesses, but they require a team to at least be half decent and take a slightly longer build up. She's actually an amazing turret pusher in the way Diana is a good lane pusher. Lich bane is a strong turret killer if she can gain some sustain.

Yeah.... I generally build in item 3110 item 3115 . Makes for an awesome Eve bloody nose kit vs about 1/3 of those who counter her. But getting there is depressingly sad when a team plays as a team from level 5 and never stops, your bot feeds, and the other team's Twitch always has tanks/lulu to hide behind.

Do you mean Dragon? She can do Baron fine with her team (solo baron is exclusive to the likes of Udyr and specific builds on Aatrox who all have to be mega fed...)

No, Eve can solo Baron at full build with no sustain at all, purely due to how crazy her damage is. At least she could before the nerf. I've tested a lot of champions' potentials to solo Baron. Eve was a lot more bloodied up than someone like Yi or Udyr, but she killed it.

A lot of champions also frankly can solo Baron. It's really not that hard.

Not unless she has Ravenous hunter and you build an item like item 3146 which isn't part of Eve's current kit. Baron Chunks 1/4-1/3 of her HP even when she's standing in front, and dodging all the skill shots.

Even in a team Baron without Ravenous Hunter she has trouble staying in. Has to leave the fight several times just to re-enter Demon Shade to heal.

Her E is Epic monster capped, so her "insane damage" doesn't really help here.

You can meme all you want. doesn't even make it true.

She has trouble even doing team baron, or at least staying in. Even if she dodges the skill shots she still takes so much damage that she has to exit and heal using her passive a couple times during the fight unless her team has insane amounts of additional % damage like item 3151 item 3153 and end the fights fast.

She feels horrible for any pre-update eve players :<

No on-hit builds, no AD scaling (at least on the non% damage for E), clunky stealth, no movement speed. It all feels terrible for Eve herself.

But really, if she had AD scaling on the base damaege of her E, and the empowered version dealt two on hit effects, with maybe W giving her enhances speed toward jungle camps its cast on, that would solvea lot of her feels bad aspects from her older version.

The largest issue on her oponents' side is that by the time the arrow indicator for her W shows up, the charm is already fully primed. Moving that 1.5 seconds sooner would go a long way toward making her more balanceable going forward.

Thats why I was so happy when they originally planned on giving her an ad ratio on her e because I could at least build gunblade on her but apparently Riot didnt like her using gunblade because I was told they didnt go through with the change because people would rush gunblade

Theyre pulling a fiora.

Remember when they took out fiora's MS on R for no work, she dropped to like 49-50% and riot said "we cant have that now" and reverted it like the next patch or so.
