Countering Vi's ultimate as an ADC?

Other than special cases like Sivir, I find it hard to escape Vi's ultimate. I QSS it but it doesn't stop. In addition, Vi's usually save it up just for me and the whole team switches focus to me rather than the tanks. The worst part about it is that usually I'm the person carrying and the only person doing well. Everyone else is either really behind or tanking. Thus, when I die, I usually lose the game.

So it would be awesome if anyone could help me out with this.

Well, it's partially not on you; if Vi engages on you, your Tank and Support _should _ be working to peel her off so you can properly kite.

Phantom Dancer is a decent buy to reduce her damage to you, otherwise, and Guardian Angel will give your some resistances and the revive passive.

Then there's Summoner Spells, of course.

The thing about vi ult is, it can easily put HER out of position. Also as stated before, someone on your team, likely your support, should have the CC to peel her off of you so you can then reposition or keep her busy to not let her do her high sustained damage on other members of your team. You could consider building item 3022 to distract her since once her gap closers are gone, she relies entirely on auto attacks for damage, plus the large hp bonus from the item means you could likely survive a full rotation of her abilities and then slow her to peel for both yourself and your team.
