Hecarim is getting banned a lot, why is this the case?

The main things holding Hecarim back at this point are his mana costs and long cooldowns, so...

Also, the free bonus movespeed and tenacity are nice, as is the fact that he can go on homeguards+tp rampages every 60 seconds.

(Last year it was because he could cast Q several times a second, but he's still pretty strong even after they took that off.)

His mana is what gates him in normals, so when that goes away he can spam q literally every second and just chop everyone to shreds

because he's broken... Late game he turns on w and if noone has an ignite for him he runs through a whole fight and kills a whole team.... and his early game homeguard ganks are retarded they snowball the adc like 99% of the time.
